Are you an experienced Technical professional within the Housebuilding industry, looking to further your career as a key member of the leadership team within a successful, design and quality-led SME Housebuilder with a fantastic, family-feel culture?

Are you up for the challenge of taking the lead on all Technical aspects across Design, Architectural and Engineering functions in a hands-on capacity?

You will operate as a key member of the Senior Management team, leading the Technical function and reporting directly to the Board of Directors.  

What’s on Offer?

We are looking to attract the best and are not seeking to scrimp and save on the compensation budget for this role - getting the right individual is the most important thing.

On offer is a negotiable basic starting salary based on experience and likely to be within the range of £60,000 - £70,000, extensive benefits, LTIP and the opportunity to mould and develop the Technical Function with a view to progression to Director level.

About the Role:

This isn’t a processing job in a volume Housebuilder – your responsibilities will be extremely varied across the full breadth of the Technical function, including, but not limited to:

  • Site Design Support

  • House Type Plan Assessments

  • Utilities

  • Adoptions and Approvals

  • Quality Control Inspections

  • Site Team Technical Support

  • Sustainability
