On offer is a negotiable basic starting salary, likely to be c.£55,000-60,000 per annum, car allowance, extensive company benefits and one of the best and most consistent bonus schemes in the industry.

The Role

The role will involve gaining exposure to all technical aspects of high-profile, flagship new-build residential developments, whilst leaning on other team members who come from an Architectural background for assistance with that side of things and lending your Engineering expertise and guidance to them in return.

You will be finding solutions, partnering with external consultants and relentlessly pursuing quality whilst operating in a commercially-savvy manner.

You will be actively encouraged to work with autonomy and make key decisions, whilst having a supportive senior team available to offer guidance as required. The approach on this is one of support and help, not micro-management.

The Successful Candidate:

An ambitious individual, motivated by and interested in career progression.

Prior Engineering experience in Housebuilding.
