Public Sector Maintenance and Refurbishment Contracts Manager - Bath
Our client, a multi-disciplinary residential development and commercial contractor, are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee public sector maintenance and refurbishment works on both residential and commercial projects.
The successful candidate – Essential Experience:
- 4+ years Contracts / Operations Management experience covering both residential and commercial public sector maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- South-West resident
Excellent package and negotiable salary likely in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience
